LDPE - Low Density Polyethylene Granules

Our recycled LDPE granules are manufactured from carefully selected plastic waste and processed using advanced filtration and quality control systems. The granules offer excellent flexibility, toughness, and processing stability, making them suitable for various extrusion and molding applications. We ensure consistent melt flow, minimal contamination, and reliable performance in every batch. LDPE is soft, flexible, and clear, ideal for films and coatings.

Film Grades: Low MFI (0.2–4.0) used for general packaging, shrink wrap, and agricultural films.
Lamination Grades: Medium MFI (4.0–7.0) used for coating on paper, foil, and woven fabrics.
Injection Molding Grades: Higher MFI for squeezable tubes and soft lids.

LLDPE - Linear Low Density Polyethylene Granules

Our recycled LLDPE granules are engineered to provide superior tensile strength, puncture resistance, and flexibility. Manufactured using premium recycled materials, these granules are ideal for applications requiring excellent toughness and durability while maintaining consistent processing characteristics. LLDPE provides high puncture resistance, tensile strength, and flexibility.

Blown/Cast Film Grades: Butene and Hexene/Octene-based LLDPE for stretch wrap, heavy-duty sacks, and liners.

Rotational Molding (Roto) Grades: Formulated for seamless water storage tanks and large containers.
Extrusion Coating/Drip Irrigation: Specialized grades for lateral tubes and wire/cable coatings.

PP - Polypropylene Granules

GM Enterprises manufactures high-performance recycled Polypropylene (PP) granules which provide excellent rigidity, chemical resistance, dimensional stability, and long-term durability while offering an economical and environmentally responsible alternative to virgin polymers. PP offers high heat resistance, rigidity, and gloss.

Raffia Grades: Homopolymers with low-to-medium melt flow for woven sacks, carpets, and ropes.

Injection Molding (IM) Grades: Used for automotive parts, furniture, and thin-walled containers.
Film Grades (BOPP/CPP): High clarity for food packaging and tape backings.
Copolymer Grades (PPCP): Impact and random copolymers for luggage, battery casings, and clear-view boxes.
